Two Dreams

Synopsis
Su-yeon, a high school student wandering beneath a bridge, is drawn toward a sound coming from above. Ji-soo, a media artist, is testing her work under the bridge. As Su-yeon observes the installation, she suddenly comes face-to-face with Ji-soo—someone who looks exactly like her.

Planning Intent
This project was originally conceived as part of a "Special Effects Project" during my second semester of my master’s program. While developing the screenplay to incorporate special effects, I explored the concept of a "doppelgänger." The central question driving this work was: *If my anxious past self and my envisioned future self were to meet in the present, embodying the characters they once aspired to be, would they finally find contentment?*

Production Process
This project was a valuable learning experience in directing a single actor to portray two distinct characters. It required careful attention to detail in performance, continuity, and visual composition to create a convincing dual role.
