Planning Intent
A petite elderly woman pulling a cart could be seen at all hours in the Sangdo-dong neighborhood. I wanted to hear her story—what led her to start pulling the cart, and what experiences shaped her journey?

Production Process
After conducting a preliminary interview with the woman, I followed her for three days, ensuring not to interfere with her routine. Her daily life was repetitive, yet during our conversation, there was a moment when she shed tears, prompting me to stop filming. This documentary became an exploration of the ethical choices behind the camera—deciding which parts of a subject’s life should be captured and where to draw the line.
